this video is no different we're going
to teach you how to make 36
or more just to watch videos and play
video games and if you're thinking to

going to teach me how to make 30 plus

video games who is actually going to pay
me for that well
that is a great question and the answer
to that is video game companies now
why would they want to pay you just to
watch videos and play their games well
because it's valuable to them the video
game industry is actually a
multi-billion
dollar industry there's gaming companies
like electronic art epic games and
roblox that literally are worth tens of
billions of dollars and so this is no
joke when it comes to actual gaming and
so
why are you gonna actually get paid well
because it's valuable for these
companies to actually get feedback
about the user experience about what you
liked what you didn't like
what made sense what didn't make sense
to actually improve
the user interface and to improve the
overall game
itself so that they can actually get
more players hooked on their games
which will mean more future money for
them and so it's more than worth it for
them to pay you 36
an hour to actually go through all of
these games so that they can actually
improve the game itself and make more
money themselves and so without further

different services that are reasonably
similar to this one
this is the one that we're going to be
talking about so you can see right here
is play test
cloud is your one-stop solution for play
testing mobile games
during prototyping development soft
launch and after
release right so you can see that
there's you know a bunch of different
products that they offer pricing
customers
faq things like that but what we're
mainly concerned with is
becoming a tester right so if we keep
becoming a tester
we can see that they have an actual sign
up process right here
your email your name what games do you
like to play weekly
add the devices that you own right some
are going to be on ios some are going to
be on android depending on whether or
not you have you know an iphone or an
android phone
um what country you live in um you know
your your gender your birthday
things like this and if you guys see
right here you can see a bunch of
different common questions
how do i become a play tester what is
play test cloud
what devices can i actually play test on
you guys can see how much money will i
earn you can see right here
generally a 15 minute play test and
survey will have a reward of 9
usd you can see that you know if you
multiply that by four
um 15 minutes times four is one hour
nine times four
is 36 right which means you can make 36
dollars an hour
actually just playing video games um and
testing these video games out and giving
valuable feedback to the developers so
we're going to scroll back up and fill

all right guys so here we go welcome uh

will be a five
minute qualification test to teach you
how to play test
games right so we can see right here
that um they actually sent information
to the inbox
and we can actually watch this short
video on youtube it's a minute long
um you know we're probably not going to
play the entire thing but she's just
basically talking about
you know what it takes to be on play
tests and stuff like that so what we're
going to do is we're going to actually
check
our email i always use a temporary email
when i sign up for this stuff
so what we're going to do is we're going
to actually do exactly what this email
says right
we have a game for you that is an
example of a play test you might get and
this is to help you become a playtester
after this first time you'll be able to
get paid playtest record at least five
minutes of you playing this game
using our recording software your
recording will upload automatically but
does depend on the strength of your
wi-fi think out loud while you're
playing check our tips for improving
your talking right so
i'm going to read this really quick when
talking during a play test think of it
like a stream of consciousness
you can talk about wow this makes sense
right that button you know makes a lot
of sense it was really easy signing up
you know next time it would be great to
hear about your goals in the game what
motivates you right what keeps you
playing
think about it as if you made this game
and you wanted to know what was valuable
right what people enjoyed what people
didn't enjoy
what people got confused about what
people really liked right so when you're
actually play testing
you want to actually speak out loud and
tell people
um those things right um you know don't
be self-conscious and we know it's weird
talking out loud to nobody while playing
a game now you guys know how i feel when
i'm recording youtube videos and
there's no one around and i'm constantly
talking to myself for hours on end but i
do it for you so we're gonna come back
here and we're gonna actually go
um we're gonna install this on our ios
device right so i'm gonna open this up
on my phone
i'm actually gonna record you know five
minutes of me playing this game
uh talking out loud i'm not gonna do it
on this actual video because it's going
to bore you guys
um but essentially what i would do is i
would say okay this is the game it looks
pretty fun
you know it looks really interesting um
you know based on the the entry
screen
i'm going to actually log into it if it
makes sense i'm going to say that
right if it's confusing or i don't know
what to do or i'm ever lost
i'm going to say that once i actually
open the game up right then i'm going to
start talking about
you know what i enjoy about it you know
if i'm excited to do this
if i could see myself playing that right
and remember this is very low pressure
it's five minutes
and think about it like this 99 of
people won't
do this right so if you're the one
percent of people that actually does it
you can get paid to play video games
which is pretty darn cool so all you
have to do is actually
install of the game on your ios device
and then you're going to record it and
then it's going to automatically
upload on to play test cloud and then
once your recording is actually reviewed
you'll get approved or if you don't get
approved right you can just take the
test again which is cool right
they'll give you feedback on why you
weren't actually approved for it
they'll give you feedback on you know
how to do it better next time and then
the next time you actually submit it you
can take the test as many times as you
want
right and then eventually you will get
approved if you are persistent and
annoying like me so that you can start
getting paid
nine dollars every single 15 minutes or
36 dollars per hour
